I had to learn this the hard way, but most people in this world don't care about you, and they don't want to be your friend. It is hard to find someone who cares about you and wants to be your friend....isn't it Amazing that Jesus, the creator of the universe, actually cares about you, and actually wants to be your friend? Isn't that great? I have received so much hostility from others when if I didn't mention Jesus' name but if I just wanted to have a new friend, and how amazing is it that there is a God out there who is the opposite of most people, how God actually cares about us and He wants to be our friend. It is special! Don't you desire a friend who shows interest in you, will actually put in the effort to talk to you every day and see how you're doing, and be there to talk to you? Someone who will stick with you when things are tough in life? You know, people like that are hard to find, and while I am blessed to have many friends I know online who are friends like I described above, in real life, I don't think I have a single friend like that, probably only my family...though, an amazing thing is that God is that true friend that I described above. God is the one who wants to talk to us daily and oh will stick with us when life gets rough. Also, God desires for us to be that type of friend to others, which is being like Him. Many people desire that type of friend, but these people don't have that type of friend, you see, if you are that type of friend to others, God can use you to help and possibly even completely change the person's life if you choose be a friend and love other's with God's love!
