Designed and built in Germany, the 2019 #Buick #RegalGS is everything you'd not expect from a Buick here in America. It's a practical hatchback, offers quick and precise steering, has a taut suspension and sporty handling, and looks NOTHING like the #Regal of choice from our grandparents. Add in standard AWD, a sweet sounding 3.6L 310 HP V6, and a design that is a lot more interesting from all the Japanese offerings and buyers looking for a more unique option in the sport sedan segment should strongly consider adding a #GS to your short list.

Worked for GM and managed to buy a used 19 GS. Came with 9k miles and bought it for 23 grand. This was 2 years ago. The amount of features for the price I paid is unmatched. Would I like more power yes. Am I kept up at night worry about it no. The design is unique and the looks I get are usually “what is that” “didn’t know they made cars like that” all positive. In todays marked I can sell it for 27k. Best car I’ve ever owned

Me: I need to go to sleep

My brain: but you've never seen a review of a Buick and you like it so you might want to look at prices after you finish watching the video

I agree... a red option interior would have pushed this a bit up on the sexiness scale.

Hey man. Just wanted to say your videos are really high quality and the small attention to detail in your scripts don't go unnoticed. Keep up the amazing work!!

I love when his reviews get raw. Missing options pissing him off. This is review gold. 👍🏻

It’s so cool, a GM car, not a pickup, SUV, CUV or some other styling abomination. A Buick with class and something not to ridiculously expensive. The hatch is a good feature and it’s common in Europe.

I had a 1999 Regal GS and it was the ultimate sleeper. The supercharged 3.8 was bulletproof and the only drawbacks were the fwd and massive torque steer.

The big hatchback style trunk definitely makes this a more attractive offering

It's actually a very nice looking car. I'm surprised.

I have a 2013 Regal GS and I love it. My previous cars (going backwards, and I'm 55) were Range Rover Evoque, Infiniti QX70, Mercedes CLK 350 cabrio, Mercedes E350, Mercedes S430, Porsche 911 Carerra 4 Cabrio, Audi A4 3.0 Quattro and the Audi A4 1.8T. As you can see I went through all of the "look at me cars" and I can honestly say, I love my Regal. An oil change isn't $150, a new battery can be installed at AutoZone, and in Atlanta plenty fast enough and has really great REAL leather seats, something my E Class didn't have. The only thing I wish I had on my car is rear wheel drive.

Too bad GM isn't serious about the Regal. They should have put in the TT 3.0 V6.

I just came to see if the glove box was lined with felt.

Mainland Europeans: ah yes, an Opel Insignia
Brits: that's a Vauxhall Insignia
Australians: that's a Holden Commodore!

I want this car. I don't care if it's not better than a Stinger, or doesn't live up to a German counterpart. I just love the way this thing looks.

The Regal is one of the most underrated cars. But the base version is much better value.

On positive note, he did say thick and meaty.

@17:37 "There's no adaptive suspension in this car." Adaptive dampers are standard in the GS.

This is actually one of my personal favorite offerings from GM at the moment. It is a good blend of practicality, style, performance and tech all wrapped into one package. Bonus for being AWD as well (hear that Lexus ES?)

It's true! Every time I think about a Buick, old people always pop up my head.
