As a Dodger fan, it was an honor to witness history last night… he was spectacular!

If I was a Red, and my starter threw 39 100mph pitches, I would be ashamed we scored 0 runs for him

He throws them so effortlessly without a big windup. Even Chapman looks like a sling when he pitches.

Lotta popping of the glove, effortless motion, he’s the Maxed out Velo pitcher you make in MLB the Show, hopefully he stays healthy and keeps working on his secondary pitches. Doc Gooden-level potential

"What's his fastball?"
"101 mph"
"What's his changeup?"
"100mph"
"He'll do OK."

His form is flawless. Compact yet limber. He should be able to stay healthy that way.

Best part is, he doesn't miss by much and having that command with that heater is crucial. Noticed some strikes were called balls cos the catcher could not framed properly.... this guy can be really deadly as long as he stays healthy

Can we all give the catcher some props...His thumb has to be the size of his foot tomorrow.

I, m from Cincinnati, lived here all my life & lately the Reds have let go of some great talent, all I can say is they better keep Hunter Green for some years to come . They need to teach him just a little bit of better Control of his pitches . I absolutely love seeing this guy on the Mound, he’s got some NASTY stuff . I’ve always have gotten behind the Reds win or lose, their my team & being from Cincinnati I, ll back the Reds before I, ll back the Bengals any day of the week & thats because the Cincinnati Reds have more history in the MLB than the Cincinnati Bengals have in the NFL, sad but true . LETS GO REDS .

Doubtless, the catcher’s glove will need to be replaced after the game.

So many borderline balls that could have been called! More willing ump and we had one heck of a outing

And this is why he's my go to starter in MLB 22 The Show.

This man is a beast already in his first two starts! For the next 10+ years watch out for #21!

I've had a lot of fun watching this kid!! Fireballer, I hope he doesn't kill his arm though. I don't want him to end up like Lincecum did.

Reminds me of when Aroldis Chapman came up to the reds. Imagine if he was still on the reds

Once he hones in his power and control; it might be wraps. He adds another heater with some movement and a curveball? Untouchable.

It’s just the effortlessness of it all for me
