Doses of Drugs
Furosemide (Lasix) 40mg IV slowly
Glyceryl Trinitrates(Nitrates) Spray 2 puffs Sublingual
Diamorphine 2.5-5mg IV slowly or Morphine 5-10mg IV slowly (Remember Use of opiates is controversial)
Oxygen Saturation aim for above 95 percent and above 90 percent in COPD patients.

Thank you sir. It is very interesting discussion indeed. Yet allow me to emphasize the point that MONA is no longer an accepted treatment recommended since morphine may be harmful and oxygen is also not always recommended unless SPO2 is below 90%. Besides nitroglycerine is contraindicated in case of right sided heart failure which may result in shock due to depriving the heart from the frank starling law. Anyway, thank you very much for this beautiful presentation.
