Close to 2k views and only 30 likes !? I do not get it. The explanation is the best I found on the web so far and the only ones who to me all the way the the end of the installation to finally get this to work. For the last 7 days and more tuto that I can remember on machines from Raspberry to Ubuntu also trying Debian even on time try to install a version 7 to test a tuto.
The 3 videos format is perfect to covert the installation step the way you did.

Excuse me, I have a little question.
About the PDNS password at 10:59, is it configurated by the codes during "Generating the Database" at 6:21 or should I create it before inputting the "Generating the Database" codes?

Nice tutorial, quick question, did the paths changed from 4.3 to 4.7? I'm trying to upgrade it but for some reason it's not recognizing the backend, I have to files (api.conf and db.conf) inside of /etc/powerdns/pdns.d/ and I'm using the parameter "include-dir" on my pdns extraConfigs, same as on 4.3, made the deprecated changes but so far, no success..

Hey @Dlyan, I have upgraded Pdns from 3.4.8 to 4.7.4 with backend pgsql 9.5 to 13 in CentOs 7.8. But facing backend connectivity and also need to upgrade schema also. Do you have documentation on this, that would be helpful. Thanks
