I remember back when this scene first debuted in the manga and the manga and SOMEBODY got the ball rolling on this crackpot idea that the Femritters were actually all one person with multiple personalities, and Bambietta was just one of them. That theory never gained much traction, and it was disproven very quickly when we saw the rest of the Femritters fighting together without Bambietta, but that theory has always stuck in my head.

Thinking back to how only a few of the quincy are aware of the fact that once one of them lose they're stripped of their life and powers, the only reason Giselle did this was just out of some twisted love for Bambi. That and just adding to the zombie army he/she was building up too. If only Uryu got to her first so even someone as sadistic as Bambi wouldnt suffer a weird fate as being someone's mindless puppet, dying to Hashwalth is far better.
