I'm playing on a Piano in a video game that has no sharp or flat notes available and it only has from C4 (on the piano in the video at the bottom middle) up to, idk, I guess it goes C, D, E F G A B C D E F G A B, and stops there. In this song, there's a low B and some flat and sharp notes. What are alternatives for those parts?
