And don't forget the wind turning the pages

It didn't highlight on the worst part of reading outside - the sun glaring off of your pages and blinding you.

You forgot to mention sunburns. Got one hell of a sunburn one day when I tried to read outside.
Very cute!

I used to go to this cabin in Lake Tahoe for vacation and I would just pull a chair outside on the porch and read. I never had any distractions, it was so peaceful and relaxing.

This is why I'm glad I have a front porch. I read outside sometimes, my neighborhood is quiet. The only bad thing: I don't have a little table to put my books on.

Not to mention glaring blindness, ants crawling across your pages and random, unexpected rain showers...

That's why my favorite spot is to read on bed or sofas. Pretty comfy!

Getting a sunburn because you're so distracted by your book can also be a problem.

My parents have a nice little netted patio that is good for reading. But yeah...reading outside usually doesn't work out as well as you would hope. This makes me think of Chronicles of Narnia. "We could use the fresh air", "It's not like there isn't air inside!"

I can never read outside. I live in Kansas and Kansas is probably one one the windiest places on Earth. Reading + lots of wind= NOT FUN

I've done that before when it is a beautiful day out.

I love reading outside! I remember locations where I read books a lot. I read most of fangirl sitting in the middle of the woods, I read parts of room sprawled over the garden table like a cat, I read city of bones at a campsite on mull which tied in pretty awesomely as the gift shops I visited had celticy runey things.

Remember: cats can still find you if you go outside. I know this from firsthand experience. They are EVERYWHERE.

I lock myself in my room when I read..

I mostly read inside because it's always comfortable and without any problems like the sun and other people xD

Went out to my porch to read today. I noticed the flies were very interested in what I was reading.

And my parents wonder why I don't go outside. #BookNerdProblems

I would die of heat and be bathed in sweat if I read outside. I prefer the comfy sofa and of course, my bed.
