Homemade Veggie Nuggets Recipe for Kids tiffin Box | Mix Vegetable Chop | Vegetable Nuggets Recipe

Today we are sharing yummy kids friendly vegan recipe that your kids will love and it's a perfect healthy option for back to school, evening snacks or lunch box.

Ingredients:
85% boiled potato - 4 medium sixed
50% steamed mixed vegetable - 1.5 cups
Cheese / paneer - 1/4 cup
rice flour - 1/4 cup
bread crumbs - 1/3 cup
salt to taste
chili flakes - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp

flour - 1/4 cup
water - 1//4 cup+
salt to taste

breadcrumbs for coating
oil for deep fry
