Hi, i have pcos and ir. Dr tell me to drink utrogestan, gluchophage, inofolic and clomid. I drinnk inofolic and gluchophage a few month, utrogestan need to drink 12 days 2x1 100mg and clomid 5 days from 3-7 day when i have periods. Do you think that is good therapy for someone like me? I change tip of food bud sometimes i cheet when i have chrises

I have a cycle of 31 days and I been tracking my ovulation for 7 months and I get a positive OPK on CD 19 and ovulate on CD21 and my period always comes on time. So that leaves me like 11 days before my period. On CD 31 that evening I will spot and the next day my period will start. I feel like I'm ovulating late. My period is 7 days long. Had a miscarriage last year July 2018 at 10 weeks then started tracking after that and no luck. And dr just put me on me on medaformen. I have a cyst on my left ovary and right they are super small.
