She joined Toastmasters, where she honed her communication skills and gained confidence. I didn't know, what the speech impaired persons would do for..These guys showcase the speech as important ones..But to my knowledge,

Speech is just one form of communication and is not the only form of communication.. writing, gestures are also a form of communication which is equally more powerful..

So, moral is your speech is not at all important, the quality of things you are conveying is important.
