Beer Hot Dog Chili Recipe!

I put the words (Or Less) by the ingredients that
will reduce the heat alot... for folks that don't like it spicy!

1 lb. browned and drained burger
1/4 cup sweet onions
1 tsp. red pepper flakes (Or Less)
1 tbsp. black pepper (Or Less)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder (Or Less)
1/2 samall can of tomato paste
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
10 can of (MILD) tomatoes and chilies (Drained) (Or Less)
1/2 bottle of your favorite beer. (Or Shotgun Red Wine)
Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes (Or More)

In Chicago we call them red hots.
