I can't believe you guys basically had free run of the entire cave system. If it was located pretty much anywhere in North America, all the routes would be painted bright yellow and there would be warning signs everywhere like "watch your step" and "low clearance". I kept feeling like you were doing a set visit for a new "Descent" movie; especially with that one crawlspace that seemed to lead down into the earth.

According the title of the video, you are in hte biggest limestone mine of the world.
This website says that the mine is about 60km big.
The limestone mine where I work (in the south of the Netherlands) is about 70km big en gets larger each year.
The mine is called the Sibbergroeve.
