I had fibroid tumors. I healed mine doing a 3 day water fast, adding iodine supplement (I learned that fibroids are often caused by low iodine), and I also went completely whole food plant based-high raw. After the 3 days of the water fast i was amazed at how i felt the tumor had shrunk, the monthly pain during my cycle was substantially reduced, and then completely gone by the 3rd month. Have had absolutely no pain since and that was about a year ago. I highly recommend a 2-3 day water fast to get quick relief and jump start your healing, and also check in to the relationship with having low iodine and consider adding an iodine supplement if you are suffering with fibroid tumors. The pain was more intense than childbirth labors, the worst pain i have ever experienced, and I've been told I have a high pain tolerance.

I did a 20 day water fast. Shrunk a 9cm tumor down to 3cm. I went back to old habits and it grew back to 10cm. Currently on day 5 of a juice cleanse. Not sure how long I’ll go but I had a break through today. I started weeping an couldn’t stop for hours. Spiritually, something is clearing…

'They can't ask...' really?! Well, yes, that makes some kind of twisted sense, because it would threaten to topple the whole apple cart of pharma offerings and indoctor-nations, so to speak. My GP, whom I retired in 2003, never asked me about how it was that a shadow on my lungs they diagnosed as incurable COPD went away completely. No questio of what I had done-- it was like a door closed. That's when it was clear to me we were on different paths.

Alignment. I have struggled with fibroids since 2016. I declined surgery as well. Been vegan since before then but that didn’t dissolve them. Recently I decided to eat 80% raw..primarily fruit juice..grape, blood orange, pineapples. I know that fruit cleanses but had no idea the grapes could be so effective for fibroids. I juice grapes and watermelon primarily. Intuition I guess. Goal is to be 100% raw. As hard as it is for me to say goodbye to cooked foods, the raw food feeling is sooo addictive. On days where i skip cooked food i feel my best. You truly feel electric and connected to all life.

I relate to her so much with being in a non supportive relationship during my first juice fast. Also during the pandemic I remember I stayed with my ex during this time and him and his whole family got covid and I didn't get it at all while being under the same roof and drinking from the same water cups as my ex, i also still worked being "essential". Juicing is so powerful at keeping toxic stuff away and that's why the relationship didn't last because my whole life got detoxed of the neg stuff that was no longer for me. It's beautiful. It really is.

Hi Gillian, I. Was wondering? If you. Could? Do a few interviews of people after their long term juice fast? I think one of the bigger issues With juice fasting is how people react when they go back to solid food. It would be great to get many different Life experiences.
