A/C foam cleaners VS sprays: which is better? | AUTODOC

Dirt, mould, and harmful microorganisms need to be removed from the A/C evaporator because they can cause unpleasant odours inside the car and trigger allergic reactions.

In this video we'll show you how to clean the air con yourself using either a foam-forming product or a spray.

3:09 — 6. Remove the hose and wait 10 minutes.
3:12 — 7. Start the engine and turn the air conditioning to the maximum setting.
3:22 — 8. Wait until all the liquid and dirt has flowed into the container.

Fun fact Lysol alone will only mask the issue and won’t remove mold. It’s a temporary “air freshener” need to get evap and heater foaming cleaner to actually remove mold
