Safe Keeper Ritual Pre-K classroom

This ritual from Conscious Discipline is so helpful for any classroom. It sets the tone that you will keep them safe and that they can help keep it safe. In this class we used soft flowers as a prop, you can use anything they can hold that represents their preciousness. Encourage the student to go side to side or touch each of their shoulders (during the oh baby oh baby part) to incorporate crossing midline to help integrate their left and right hemisphere of their brains which helps connect their knowing and doing together.
