As someone who’s grown up in the city, i’ve always wanted to live in on the countryside. So quiet and peaceful 💚💚

As someone who has lived in both the city and country side, there are so many people in the city that are constantly plugged into the internet and are constantly suffering from the overstimulation that's bringing them anxiety and depression, and wondering if it's not more medication that they need, but just to move out into the countryside, unplug most of the internet and tv, and immerse yourselves in the slower pace of nature, gardens, recipes, crafts, and raising some animals.

I just want to thank Nobody. This playlist came at the right time and place. It's been a tough time and Nobody's playlists are such a comfort.

When I was a kid we lived in a village, we had a pretty big garden, had chickens, swine, rabbits, sometimes geese. I've always found it inconvenient and hard work to grow your own food, vegies, have your own meat and eggs, and every time we went to the nearby city, I saw that people just buy these from counters, and of course the amount of stuff you could never see in our cornershop. I've always wanted to live in the city.
After that dream came true, more than 20 years later, I would give anything to go back to our little home with the big garden and worry about nothing more than to just weed the crops and feed the pigs.
Your life was harder, for sure, but The quality of it was unmatched. The taste and nutritions of the food could not be compared to those that you buy in the shops nowadays and you have to worry about nobody that they going to rob/unalive you, because you knew everyone who lived there. If Jimmy tried to do something like that dude tried on me last month (attempted robbery with a knife), the whole community would, have known immediately.
In a city you can do/say to anybody, you probably never see that guy again and that is something you will never get away with in a small village.

This is me core. Living in a wood house or just a small house with wild plants around near a forest a bit far from the village, and paint, draw anytime I want and cook and bake bread and pastries to sell or not... go and walk on the nature and breath some fresh air, have a picnic, alone or with a loved one... it's like a dream.

I instantly recognized Priscilla’s song when it started playing. It’s such a pretty song. Thanks for including it!

I appreciate you not monetizing to not ruin the video. But if they put adds on it anyway, get that bread girl.

This reminds me of the late nights I spent with my cousins at grandmas when we were younger, the outdated lamps emitted a soft and warm light while we played and you could hear the faint sound of a storm outside, but it didn’t matter since life was perfect, it didn’t matter what was going to happen tomorrow as long as we kept playing…

Immaculate vibes aside, I keep coming back to this playlist because it's such a rare combination of "busy sounding enough to effectively block outside noise/talking, " and "no lyrics/calm enough to read while listening." Not to mention there are some gorgeous pieces in there. Overall my favorite Nobody entry! 💜💜💜

At the height of Lockdown a few years ago, I was introduced to the cottagecore aesthetic completely by chance here on YouTube through a series of atmospheric playlists that were recommended to me. I instantly fell in love with it and it continues to be a source of comfort as well as a form of escapism for me right up to the present. That being said, I've listened to many a cottagecore playlist since then, and this is by far the most evocative and magical. Thank you. I can promise you that I'll be returning to this one quite often.

Ichiko Aoba is out of this world. Her music feels simple and complex at the same time, as well as light and heavy. It brings out a lot of feelings for me. I have a deep admiration for her work. Love for Ichiko.
