First major thing to teach players is to run fast. If all players can't run fast then you will loose the match. Whether they are forwards or in defence, every player should be able to run fast. Speed is very important.

The forwards are a bit selfish, they do not pass the ball to a teammate who is in a better position to score, instead, they keep shooting just to be glorified if by chance they score. Always remember that team comes first.

This team has plenty of pace and athleticism, but without Morgan out there they have so little quality in the final third. I've watched a few highlights and I don't think I've seen Pugh or Smith make a single quality pass in the attacking third, both their finishing and decision making leave a lot to be desired. The veterans of this team really need to get the younger players to play as more of a cohesive unit because if not, they have no hope of beating other upper tier teams who play together.

USA women looked like they were jogging most of the game. No urgency to get downfield and team work was lacking. Over all good to see young players out there learning. Every time no breaks if you want to dominate. When you win the ball back the whole team should be moving.
