Start with the one mile walk dvd. It is 15 minutes. It is 2, 000 steps. Do the dvd every day and when you are ready start the 2 mile walk dvd. It is 30 minutes. It is 4, 000 steps. You lose 10 pounds a month. You use light hand weights or resistance bands.
