I would like to know how good of a scanner you used to check the diagnostics?

There is no concern for the customer when you damage a customer's vehicle, and fail to take responsibility. Imagine what I am going through with a cracked windshield and a vehicle that shakes violently. Now I have to find and pay the repair, and I have to find another vendor to balance my tires. I have to rent cars, find rides to drop off and pickup vehicles. It is further insulting that you will not refund the original tire installation cost. I am 55 years old and have never encountered such poor service or been victimized by a service provider. Don't ask me if I have a case was filed. Ty Freeman, Scott Borman, Eddie, Louis in customer service, Joseph at the store. This has been a nightmare, you destroyed my car.
