Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented a battle-scarred flag signed by soldiers to US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and US Vice President Kamala Harris during an address to US Congress on Wednesday (Dec 21). Pelosi also presented Zelenskyy with a framed US flag.
