nasa and SpaceX, this is the biggest partnership in the space industry now. However, this cannot prevent nasa from being compared to Elon Musk's SpaceX.
SpaceX has redefined space exploration with its groundbreaking technologies, cost-effective approaches, and unwavering dedication to human expansion beyond Earth. Besides reusable rockets, this transformation can be also encapsulated by SpaceX's innovative Starship launch tower, a testament to their ingenuity.
In stark contrast, nasa, the United States' esteemed space agency, has faced notable challenges in the development of the Mobile Launcher for its Space Launch System rocket program.

Discuss everything about this in today's episode of Tech Map.

The former 2 offshore oil rigs were sold earlier in the year.

Why do you think the FAA is slow-walking StarShip launch permit? NASA wants the SLS to have the first Launch for the moon next year, 2024.

How is it that we put a man on the moon? Supposedly, and we haven't been back in 50 years or more. Did we really go to the moon? Or did we not? Was it all theatrics very possible? They spent one billion dollars, and the rocket hasn't even got off the ground. This is what you call a waste of taxpayers money.

You need to drop the word "is" in the title. Its use gives the wrong meaning to the statement. Also, the infrastructure to build offshore launch spaceports is mind-bending. SpaceX sold the 2 platforms they had because they were wrong for what they wanted. They'll likely have to build it from scratch. That will take longer than doing it on land. The logistics for such an endeavor are crazy to even think about. The platform, the plumbing, the electricity, the underwater pipes and cables, etc, CRAZY! How far offshore is it gonna be, how many, and where around the world do you plan on building because they want to replace the international airline industry? CRAAAAZY!!!

All of that tax payer money spend by NASA to build launch platforms to launch one or maybe two obsolete rockets a year lol.

I think NASA should call-it-quits and leave it to Space X
