I had to watch twice to make sure I heard and read "business class" right! Outside of the US, these are economy meals on the same kind of international flights. In the Middle East, the economy meals are actually better than that (more volume and better quality). 😰

Food in Polaris has sunk to new lows. The polenta and humus entrees were too horrible to try. The chicken is small pieces with a spicy sauce and orzo that looked like mouse droppings. The cheeseburger was by itself (no chips or fries) just the burger on the plate. The bun had been heated too long and was rock hard. The snack basket was all off label items and tasted weird. What I wouldn’t have given for a bag of Lays! It’s pathetic when you pay over $6, 000 for a ticket and the food is so bad, you simply can’t eat it.
