I had this tablet for a year and this has happened twice, one time I was going to ues the pen but I found that it didn't work I changed the battery and it still didn't work so I left it until I can get it checked I think I left it for about a month or more that one time I went to check it I didn't expect it to work but it did now after a while it's not working again and I have left it for more than a month and a half and I don't know how can I fix it or what is the problem I tried charging the battery but it didn't work so I am not sure what to do can you please help me?

This MEDIAPAD is a great MEDIA device with amazing sound, something this reviewer seems to completely overlook :(:(:( I don't know how many grown-ups sit around and connect mini lights and fans to their tablets, unless you're completely bored out of your mind or of course have the mindset of a two-year old...So again, this devise is practically unsurpassed as a MEDIA device/tablet with amazing sound from the quad HK speakers, and no there's no bass to speak of obviously but for 'normal' movie watching, documentaries or Netflix consumption, this tablet is a winner.
