A stage with Tasia, Yolanda, Jhud and Patti, I respect them for the restraint they showed and for allowing one another to shine. This could have descended into competitive screaming and wailing, but they were just there celebrating one another's gifts, it was beautiful to witness. Fantasia though, what a once in a lifetime voice she has. I hope Jhud interviews her on the show when she starts doing press for the Colour Purple.

I love Fantasia's soft and restrained singing voice here. Reminded me of Whitney. Whitney was known for power -- but she could also sing very softly if she wanted too. Dynamics, dynamics, dynamics.
