Take FAMU and Pine Bluff out the SWAC and put Norfolk and Tenn State in…. Norfolk is an Extremely underrated band program and Not talked about enough and my opinion!

Those clean runs and little jazzy sounding licks at the drill will make you want to cry. The Legion is the truth. I dare another HBCU to outplay them. You have my respect.

There are a few other HBCUs within 2 hours and i would imagine this is going to make it mighty difficult for the best band talent to bypass NSU for your band lol.
