My mum bought One of those for 3k in Arcinazzo .House was perfectly functioning and 90 Square MT big. The Place Is astonishing. The Town Is lovely, very chill on Summer, so yeah Best deal ever

Depending on the state of the house, renovation costs can be higher then you would expect. We have bought and renovated a house like these in the video. Price was 18k including fees and stuff for the house. Then the renovation was 70k. But worth it in the end, anyway, always important to keep in mind how high the renovation costs can be, so it is not like you have house for a couple euro's. It is about 60-70% the cost compared to building new is my estimate.

You can buy super cheap houses in many places in Spain but it is often run by the city scam. Like they give you 3 years to renowate it, but you need to win against red tape 1st. And I can assure you that in many places they wait maximum allowed time for response before you get a response. So in many cities they try to make you invest cash in it and they run the closk whole time in hopes you won't manage to do it in 3 years. Because then you lose the house. Like you have rights to bid for it as 1st person but the starting price is based on the state of the building that you were trying to renovate... so way above 1 Eurp.
