Just A Minute Episode 6: Bad Call or Good Rally?

Cody Eakin's cross check on Joe Pavelski in game seven of the Sharks/Golden Knights series has been the talk of the sports world. Many people say a bad call on that incident cost Vegas the game, and the series. Here's my take on the matter.

I agree with the call but it was Paul Stastny fault

At most it should have been a 2 minute cross check, but this is a game 7 playoff game, should not have been called, sharks player fell awkward, not the players fault

How the fuck did the call NOT cost them the series? They almost certainly would have won if that didn’t happen.

This for all you crying about it being bad call . Lets say you walk to
someone on the street and punch them in the face and that person falls
downs with some minor injury . That person would be arrested and would
have to so some jail time . Now lets say another does the same thing
only the person falls back, hits there head and dies as a result . Both
committed the same crime with a different result . Question being is it
fair for person that did cause death to get the same sentenced as the
person who did not? In this case the cross checked resulted in a serious
injury which resulted in a stiffer penalty had he not been knocked out

Bad call. But you still had 2 games before this to finish them off. Plus who scores 4 times on a power play. Do your job and kill it off.

Not even close to a major and game. 2 minutes interference at best. 4 goals in 5 minutes, that's on Vegas and they tied the game anyway.

simple cross check period.  Not a 5 minute major and game ejection.  Refs totally messed up!!  Too bad for Pavelski, hope he's ok, but he needs to learn to brace for a fall!!  Or than the NHL better band all cross checks or any contact,  because you never know how a player will land and than it's your fault!!  It's a physical sport and that's what you signed up for!!
