The bigger question is does America's adversary's respect Lloyd Austin? As far as they're concerned a war Lloyd would probably be easier now than ever and all they have to do is throw him under the bus. Lloyd will either be super-cautious or over-compensate for his own personal shortcomings when making decisions. I do and many others don't have confidence that Lloyd will keep the free-world safe in the 22nd century.
