Nawab Malik Arrest: NCP Chief Sharad Pawar has called an emergency meeting with Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray. Pawar will meet Uddhav Thackeray at 6:30 in the evening.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday arrested NCP leader and Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik after probing him in connection with a money laundering case linked to Dawood Ibrahim and the underworld. According to sources, Nawab Malik was issued summons to appear before the ED in a case registered against underworld gangster and fugitive terror financer Dawood Ibrahim, his brother Anees, Iqbal, aide Chota Shakeel and others.
