As i can see, the most important is to set the sample rate and the while loop time. You know how fast the number is collected and how many data are analysed in FFT way one time.

Where did you set the sampling frequency? What controls the timing of the while loop?

Ok my friend and tell me. Why when i give the real signal they told me: Error 20023: Analysis: The following conditions must be met: 0 < f_low <= f_high <= fs/2. OR Error 20020: Analysis: The cut-off frequency, fc, must meet: 0 <= fc <= fs/2. What I need to do?

how can we generate a signal using computer in labview software but not using DAQ? 

I need a continuous pulse signal which is basically increasing and decreasing slowly w.r.t. time. i.e. it's a not pulse as it's already given in labview simulate signal option. I need the d.c. signal which may be will be merge of more than 2-3 signals. 
Please Help. ASAP.
