How to Double Full (Backflip 720) | Tricking Tutorial

Quick tutorial to learn how to build up your twisting in backflips. This is just one of many ways to learn it, using this method might not be the best for everyone, but it's what worked for me! Try at your own risk, of course.

Tried hard not to repeat myself too much in this, but it is really simple. Get a good full, get comfortable with it, play with hypers and extra halfs, eventually hold for the dub. Practice. Practice. Land the dub. Have a sip of water. Landed more dubs. Easy.

Can someone explain me how do you count the rotations after the full? I mean backfull can be easily seen as backflip with one complete twist, but to me the double full looks like three twists, triple full looks like four twists, etc
