Holy shit i am surprised BBB even publishes the official reviews of companies by 5 stars. It is so obvious that the rating is a joke

We are here in San Antonio TX. Where the headquarters of USAA is and there are thousands of USAA customers that have claims with them. I’m just speaking on our personal experience. USAA has been by far the best paying insurance companies for claims. They have very easy and quick way to reach their reps. They pay the best numbers compared to other insurance companies. Others may have had bad experience but we haven’t ever.

If I can compare how USAA pays claims and cares for their customers satisfaction with actions not words I can safely say they are superior to
The cheap State Farm and Allstate.

I've been the opposing appraiser before with Brian Geary and he forged my name on two awards in order to receive payment from the insured. One of them was signed by him and my forged signature approximately 3 weeks before I even conducted the appraisal inspection.

On our Denver BBB website it explicitly states, "Customer reviews are not used in calculation of rating.". To me, customer ratings should be a significant factor in the ranking. Thank you for sharing, Dimitri.
