Finally an actual, long episode/lesson on Drumeo like in the "old days"... i mean "trying to play for the first time" series is cool... but THIS is what we're really here for! Cheers!

I had the great opportunity to be front row at the show in Ridgefield, CT. Definitely one of the best drum performances I have ever seen. I went right home and signed up for the Stanton Moore Academy. Highly recommend!!!! True inspiration!

Stanton Moore is such a positive guy, who's entire being emanates the joy of music. He's 's a great teacher.

His concepts of taking simple stickings and deeply exploring them has been really beneficial to my playing, along with his approach to getting lots of different textures from the snare. I play many of his stickings subconsciously when I sit down at the kit. Thanks Stanton!

Look at the facial impressions on Stanton’s face when he is playing… He is really in the moment and %100 passionate about it. I’ve been following and listening him for a long time, a great artist!

Stanton is one of the nicest and most creative drummers out there.
The way he cuts on his hihats is so crisp. One of my favorite drummers since I saw him at the first Bonnaroo in 2002

Stanton is a fantastic story teller and an even better drummer. I've had his parts from the first two songs literally stuck in my head all day and came back to comment and to hear them again. So yeah this video was awesome, drumeo has been absolutely killing it lately. Great job Brandon and Stanton

I haven’t played my drummer in YEARS… thanks to this man I will be picking it back up and I am finally going to master left side haha. Who says toms are for the right side only?!

I practice pretty much daily, been playing/gigging for 35 yrs. After a practice session dialing into a stanton lesson after is like a great 🍨 to top it off. Thank you Stanton, you totally rock!

His approach to add elements on the left side reminds me how cuban drummers tend to add an entire timbales set right there. Of course the cuban-new orleans connection runs deep 🎉

Stanton’s Reggae hi-hat groove video is a must watch for any beginners wanting to learn practical Reggae grooves. Stanton has exceptional groove and feel behind the kit.

F-yes Drumeo!!!
The best sequel ever done! 🏆🏆🏆

Personally speaking, Stanton is the absolute game changer... both music and life wise.
I mean, I started as a young drummer checking out his instructional stuff and music (I was coming from a rock/metal background), which led me to discover New Orleans, to get there a bunch of times and fall in love with the city, the people, the music, the culture.
💚⚜️💜

As for Stanton himself, he's the coolest dude ("malaka" in Greek😂) on earth. I feel so grateful to call him a drum hero, teacher, friend...🫶🏻

Now let me watch it AGAIN!!

Satnton Moore is a genius! Only found out about his instructional videos recently. They really helped me get my sheeotch together. Big fan here! Speaking from 'Pandeiro' country; Cheers!

This is the kind of lessons that Drumeo used to make, like in the Learn from the greats series. Actual drum lessons with good information and good stories not just play a song - talk - play a song - talk - play a song. I guess you just have to have good experienced cats to be able to get some of this stuff.
