African expedition 2018 (4) - Mt.Elgon climbing on Wagagai peak. Day 1

First day climbing on Wagagai peak. Today I walked 6km started from Budadiri Uganda Wildlife Authority office first 7km on the boda-boda to Bumasola on 1770m above sea level. From there proper walk and climb 6km to park boundary passing small community's to reach first stop in Sasa river camp on 2900m above sea level. Was raining all way through. Was very muddy and slippery. Was very steep there...
