The attorney should’ve told his client that these plea deals don’t mean anything unless the judge accepts it. He’ll find out when he gets to court. The judge will tell him before he even reads it. He says this is a suggestion from the district attorneys office from the prosecutor, but I don’t have to accept it. I can deny it and go ahead and charge you with what they were going to charge you with, that’s the way it works. It’s not a guarantee cause you sign your name to a piece of paper stating you’ll do something in return for something else. The judge can just say nope I’m not accepting it. If you do take a plea bargain, they make you stand there and state that you committed the crime, whether you’re innocent or not in order to get. Public defenders won’t tell you that a good attorney should tell you all that stuff.

If "they already have the two gentleman who committed the actual felony..", then why do they need "Mr. Diaz" to testify against them?? I mean, they were going to prosecute Diaz based upon even *less* inculpatory evidence. And a judge can set aside any previously discussed plea deals between the defendant and the prosecutor..

Everyone should remember that a prosecutor doesn't care if you're guilty or innocent. He just wants to put as many people in jail as possible and pad his success book.

I love how they made Mr Diaz a foil to Mike. He realizes that he can make a deal with the DA similar to what MrDiaz does except to ensure Harvey and the rest don’t go to jail only him.

I'd never want the people I love to go down for something that was never their fault or intention.

I've blamed others for things not going my way and in doing so, all I really wanted was the reassurance that we do care for one another.

When we accept that no one chose this life, we realize we are left with only one choice; to make the best life we can.

No one wants to be alone. I hate the thought that I've misunderstood or tried to place myself above or pushed away those I care for, but I think we all do this out of respect for what it means to understand and love eachother.
