m8 headless opened nicely via chrome but then i realized that my m8 headless teensy is absolutely empty of and samples, synths, or demo tracks, so it’s kind of pointless with out any sounds in it . Maybe i loaded m8 headless improperly to the teensy or something. it responds to keyboard commands fine though so it seems like i set it up correctly Did your version of m8 headless come with sounds in it already ? thanks

Honest question, cuz I really don’t know - why does this software need a teensy to run? Why can’t it just install on the computer? And what advantage does this have over tracker software with less limitations like Renoise?

Everything worked but how come the folder on my SD card like instruments are all empty? And how do I restore all these preloaded effects and instruments?

I can't select usb modem, dropdown box does nothing, not able to change from none.appears to be using my created keys also. I activated 3 trying to get this to work.7. Anyone’s help is greatly appreciated.

I cannot get any sound playback thru my computer speakers by following the github tutorial for setting up sound. Do I need to set something else up within M8 to get it to output audio thru computer speakers?

This is cool. Ordering a Teensy, now. Wonder if there are Android/iOS versions of that Touch Designer. Would love to plug this into my Galaxy or iPod Touch and run kinda portably while I wait for the actual M8 to ship. :)

On macos 10.14, I just got a new Teensy 4.1 for this purpose and when I plug it in, the "a new network interface has been detected" popup shows up for a couple seconds, then disappears. It repeats on a perpetual loop. If I hit the program button on the teensy, it stops and allows me to upload the hex file, but then when I reboot it, the same thing happens. The touchdesigner doesn't recognize anything when I change it to usbmodem either.

Could the Teensy be defective or something? Or am I missing some kind of setup step?
