there are some technical differences, early lc-a+ have same lenses as lc-a, but later ones are manufactured somewhere else; lc-a+ doesnt have manual aperture switch anymore, its automatic; lc-a+ has built in multiple exposure switch. These are main differences

Film will never die. I still shoot 1938 cameras, and develop my own film. Hell, I have my own darkroom. Film will never die.

i dont get what that cable was for. And also can you use other film or only that kind that came with it ?

of you buy it from lomography it is expensive.i think that's because of the fancy-looking packagingm and you also get the book .so if it's not because of those, the camera would pretty much be sold cheaper ;)
