I've built a complete SHOPPING MALL in The Sims 4! This mall includes multiple stores, a food court, bubble tea shop, cinema, ferris wheel and more!

I definitely wish we had more community lot options. I sometimes struggle with gameplay especially with families because on weekends I want to send them out together to do some fun activities and there’s never anywhere to go. Sometimes I send then to sulani to the beach or a park somewhere and the kids can play but it gets repetitive and boring.

I do wish we had shopping malls as proper functional lots in the sims OR a way to make everything in a self made mall like this to be functional without having to run it yourself so you can make something like this and have your sims visit it but it’s not a business you have to buy or run yourself.

I think a mall would also be great for teens, I personally spent alot of time at the mall when I was a teen with my friends. I personally struggle a bit with teens in the game and finding things for them to do and places to hang out that feel like it’s realistic.
Like teens don’t really go to restaurants or a bar but they do go to a cinema and the mall and stuff like that. The thrift tea store is a nice addition and the fair thing in the new world, but it still feels repetitive.

I feel like toddlers and kids have alot more to do but alot of that stuff feels too childish for teens but the other available options are too adult. I wish we had some more in between things that are more targeted specifically to teens. I always get so bored with teens and struggle to fight the urge to age them up prematurely because I’m bored of playing with them and can never think of anything to do with them.

This is such a cool build and I can’t wait to put it in my game! Here’s hoping for proper malls and more teen focused things in future!

Glad you built a mall! I don't why, but I rarely find one that is up to date and fits what I'm looking for in the gallery. Now, I just hope a good amount of npc's flock to it, lol.

Oh my gosh Kate this build is amazing!! I love everything you’ve included here, but I think that my favorite is the sports shop. That’s such a realistic thing to see in real life and with all the sports themed objects in the sims it just made sense. You had such a creative design for it though which I would have never thought of. Overall a fantastic build and will be downloading this. Thanks for building it! 😊💕

How your mind works is amazing when you build!

A glass roof on top is one of my fav architectural features that work great for big builds like museums and malls. The flow and the layout of the build is so spot on for a mall.
