Greetings Hope Sabbath School. Despite not being Adventist but baptised in the SDA Church I really enjoy these lessons be because they are focused on the personal of Christ. Currently I'm a Pastor in a Protestant Church.

Sabbath is a potluck tradition. But it’s full of gluttony, idle conversation, and a lot of time is spent. Also washing dishes on the sabbath. The food isn’t healthy either. And we should be spending time with Jesus, doing medical missionary work, giving Bible studies, doing literature evangelism, visiting sick people. We don’t have to do all these things but sabbath isn’t just to sit around. We need to minister like Jesus
