8 - Application to POST JSON data to a REST API - Raspberry Pi Plant Monitor

Creating an application to perform HTTP POST requests to our Flask-Restless REST API endpoints. This involves serializing our data and outputting JSON strings using Marshmallow Schema, and using the Python Requests library to perform the HTTP requests.
