Flux AI Tutorial: FREE AI Image Generator on Your PC

Показать описание
We'll walk you through how to use Flux AI by Black Forest Labs to create stunning, realistic images just by typing a description of what you want to see! Flux is known for its exceptional image generation, particularly with details like hands and text, where other AI models often struggle.

I'll show you how to install and run Flux using Pinokio, a tool that handles all the necessary dependencies for running AI models. Whether you're using Windows, Mac, or Linux, this guide will have you up and running in no time.

With Flux, you can choose between two models: the Schnell model for faster, commercially usable images, and the dev model for higher-quality results. I’ll also demonstrate how to customize prompts, adjust image dimensions, and generate the perfect image using an NVIDIA RTX graphics card for the best performance.

I appreciate the effort in showing how to easily download Flux, but I think it's really important to mention the **hardware requirements** upfront in videos like this. Flux and other AI models need **serious GPU power**, specifically a GPU with **at least 12-24 GB of VRAM** to run smoothly, especially for higher precision models like FP16.

Without knowing this, many viewers—especially those without technical knowledge—might waste time downloading and attempting to run it on their standard PCs, only to find out it doesn't work. This can be disheartening, particularly for people who are just starting out or don't have access to high-end hardware.

It would be really helpful to include the necessary specs in future videos to save your audience the frustration of realizing too late that their hardware isn’t up to the task. Transparency on hardware needs builds trust and ensures that viewers can follow along without unrealistic expectations. Thanks again for the tutorial, but please keep this in mind for future content!

I'm aware of these requirements but the majority of people are learning AI out there and they waste a lot of time I'm sure and become frustrated.

2:33 that is not true. Read exactly what license says. You are not allowed to use MODEL commercially, meaning sell services that are connected to it like your own image generator for credits/money etc. But license states that outputs are 100% yours and you can use them freely, that means also commercially. The limit regards MODEL itself, while it's outputs are free to use however you want.

what are the hardware requirements for flux-I've read you have to have a lot of RAM on your GPU? Can I run stable diffusion and flux on the same PC without issues?

Kevin if I want to uninstall Pinokio will it leave a myriad of useless files on my PC, or will they all be removed with uninstalling? Thanks.

Successfully install. Ran a prompt it stops at 42.9% hangs and then errors out with "Connection Errored Out". Any ideas why and how to fix it?

Hi! Thank you for the awesome video. I have a question. Will the images we generate locally remain local or will they be available to the public, or even sent online?

I have all installed but I see that when I put a prompt and run, my GPU is not fully utilized and the percentage is is stuck, while the timer continues to go. I suppose this is not normal.
Is there any way to choose the dedicated hardware of the PC to do this?
Already 120 seconds and nothing happened.

RTX 4070 and Ryzen 7 7800X3D with 32GB of DDR5

Add "/?__theme=dark" to the address bar and you'll get a dark theme that's easier on the eyes.

Thank you for the video! Installation and creating the first couple of images worked just fine. I wanted to ask if anyone knows if there are more options like sampling methods, including LoRA, etc?

I was unable to install Pinokio. I got a quarantine warning and further installation attempts went no further than the "install" items page with only half the items shown as installed.
