Who Is GW2's BEST Foot Soldier?

This one's such a toss-up, but I'll always appreciate Super Commando :)

In the GW1 days I encountered so many SuperCommando soldiers, they were terrifying, most of the time I saw many people either die in seconds or run terrified

My revival master was mainly due to him, i had thought he was gonna get them kills but Cuz was missin every shot..

Tbh, there are too many good choices for soldier for it to be decisive. Like I'd say scuba personally, but super commando, arctic, even something like centurion are all fantastic (yes I love centurion, he's a fantastic character and I will not accept anything else)

I played both Foot soldier and super commando and I have them on max level, they are so much fun to use, and both characters are the best of their classes, so they get a tie for being the best foot soldier

Both in GW1 and 2 he’s an absolute menace. I’d put the best foot soldier as a 3 way tie between Reg, Arctic and Commando.

- Reg soldier is just so unbelievably consistent. I’d argue he’s the best representation and overall stock character in the game.
- Arctic gimmick is a genuine check to so many plants it’s insane. The only thing he has under the other 2 is his chip damage not being as good due to the lower dmg per hit but if you can get a freeze on a plant, it’s gg. You win.
- Commando has the best ttk (I think) of these 3 due to his shots being more burst focused. He suffers the most from poor aim due to not being full auto but with 2 reload upgrades, I doubt that’s much of an issue.

If I had to say them in order, I’d go Reg, Commando, Arctic but all of them deserve to be in top tier on tier lists.

I mean, fair enough. He's insane, but imo Sky Trooper is my favourite.
