Let's find out a little bit more about the Poles Wonder. What was it based on?

Poles are the new Dawn of the Dukes civilization, and they come with new unique buildings.

The Royal Archcathedral Basilica of Saints Stanislaus and Wenceslaus on the Wawel Hill, also known as the Wawel Cathedral (Polish: Katedra Wawelska), is a Roman Catholic church and cathedral of the Archdiocese of Kraków, located on Wawel Hill in Kraków, Poland. More than 900 years old, it is the Polish national sanctuary and traditionally has served as coronation site of the Polish monarchs.

This is the same wonder of Poland in Age of Chivalry mod.

Trivia: the appearance in 2DE is anachronistic. The spires are baroque and the two domed chapels (Sigismund and Vasa chapels) dated to mid 16th century and 17th century.
