Congratulations! Our story is very similar! My life was going nowhere fast. One day at 37 yrs old, I decided to get my GED at a community college. And here i am 8 yrs later working on my MBA! I have been in college for 8 yrs. I have completed an AA in Education, and a BA in Liberal Studies. Corporate Finance is a real challenge for me. You are the great Accounting educator of America. You are the Mr. Wizard of Accounting. I worked hard just like you and I passed the CPA exam the first time. I too had to over come some challenges but I stayed in school and found accounting which ended up being the field I loved. Although your videos are not specifically, CPA exam review videos, your videos are still helpful as they cover many of the same topics that aren’t encountered on the CPA exam. I recommend your videos to CPA exam candidates if they need some additional explanations on say, a FAR topic like accounts receivable or the equity method of accounting.
