I’ll never understand why this guy never got more popular. You don’t even have to be a fan to know that this guy has serious talent. I like a handful of his songs (I’m mainly a rock guy). But from what I hear, this man deserves more recognition. Especially his newer stuff like “lay you down” and “so I can have you back”.

If you go back and see when Joe was on Apollo in the early 90s the crowd was feeling him but then over the years all of that changed. He one of the best male vocalist in R&B.
