In this Season 5 episode of ETF Battles, Ron DeLegge @etfguide referee an audience requested quadruple header matchup between the small and midcap stock ETFs from Invesco (EQAL and XMHQ) vs. Vanguard (VO and VXF). Who wins the battle?

Despite lagging performance of small and midcap stocks over the past few years compared to large and megacap stocks, ETFs tracking the smaller group have started to pop higher, more recently. What ETFs offer easy exposure to this area and which funds are the best?

Program judges Athanasios Psarofagis and Mike Akins examine this growth stock ETF bout to see which is the better choice.

Each ETF is judged against the other in key categories like cost, exposure strategy, performance, and a mystery category. Find out who wins the battle!

I'll stop suggesting battles, I'll give someone else in the comments a chance. Thanks for all the kind words, especially from Mike. He, and athan, , both sound like they know what they're talking about and can back it up with graphs/charts and vocabulary. Keep up the great work everyone, I had an older suggestion for Large USA Value, hopefully we will see that battle soon 👍

Also, kep are my initials. You can keep calling me kep, or Keith. Thanks.

That sure scratched my ETF itch, Ron, Athan and Mike. Thanks for that. I've always like the midcaps.
The last time, I mentioned my interest in Boomer candy ETFs, such as the ones from Calamos and Innovator. Any other companies getting into these? A company boomer battle, would be cool to see. I already nibbled on CPRJ and CPSJ.
I'm using these for better tax treatment and to defer taxes with long term capital gains in my taxable account..
