My Experience of PADI Freediver Course Level 1

In this video, I am doing a review of my experience of my Freediver Course Level 1 with PADI. I highly recommend this training! It really helped me understand my body and hold my breath longer. I also took the extra 2 days mermaid swimming and photoshoot activity that was really fun!

I am gathering resources and knowledge towards becoming a professional mermaid, and your channel has been extremely helpful - thank you from the bottom of my heart. When things are less COVID-y, I will take a PADI freediving course. I can hold my breath about two minutes in salt water (less in fresh for some reason). I hope you and yours are well.

Great summary, now I know a lot more of what the course actually contalns! One thing though the background music is mixed so high it almost drowns out your voice completely, had a hard time hearing parts of the video.

2: how long can u hold ur breath max?


3: what is max deep u reach in free dive?



4: and is it the same holding breath in deep meter i meen if i can hold my breath 4min on the top of water is it going to be the same in 20 meter down or 30 meter or....
