What is this white substance under shrimps skin along the back? I am peeling and in shock. It is under it's skin and I can squeeze it out basically. Also it's head filled with this cottage like substance....help!

What if the shrimp has white on it? I bought some without the shell and it was in the freezer I took it out and left it in the fridge for a day or two is it still good to eat
