LEGO Star Wars 75399 REBEL U-WING STARFIGHTER Review! (2025)

The 2025 LEGO Star Wars U-Wing from Andor Season 2 is small but for only $70 it ain't all bad. It retains a lot of the play functions while looking mostly good (see: the engines). The real selling point to me is the Minifigures with a new Cassian Andor, K-2SO, Dedra Meero, & ISB Tactical Agent! I think this set is surprisingly reasonable... but 2016 still clears!

I have to admit, i kind of like it. I know it pales compared to 2016 but it feels kind of... sleek, I guess? I dont mind fixing the smaller issues on my own because the framework is solid. Still expect better out of such a wealthy company but I'm kinda hyped.

I’m glad you showed this angle. From the studio shots, I thought it looked a bit better than some other white on black prints, but I guess they haven’t done anything to make it better in the past (at least) half decade at this point.

Honestly I'm just happy we're finally getting another Andor set. We get a trillion Clone Wars sets a year but can't get more than one Andor set, so I just hope to god we get a Fondor Haulcraft and a TIE Avenger next year.

Honestly really like the narrower design. It’s more accurate and it makes it look so much sleeker. If it wasn’t for those engines, I’d have to give this I-Wing the leg up in aesthetics.

The u wing is my favorite Star Wars ship. I’m so glad I got the 2016 one. I pray I live long enough to see a ucs model.
